As Creative Director and Strategist, the work focused on the conversation design: a three-act question model that used GenAI to respond dynamically rather than following a fixed script, a distinct AI personality framework ("The Thoughtful Curator") built for a premium context, and a careful transition moment between the chat and the curated content output. Rigorous brand-safety guardrails were built to cover both standard GenAI risks and automotive-specific concerns.
